By accessing or using the BlueLine Security Integrator LLC website ("Site") and our technology procurement, sourcing, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Site and Services.

BlueLine Security Integrator LLC ("BlueLine Integrator," "we," "us," or "our") is an IT reseller and technology procurement partner based in Arizona. We help businesses of every size source hardware, software, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, backup, and physical security solutions from trusted technology brands and distribution partners.

We are not a managed services provider (MSP), a managed security services provider (MSSP), or a giant national reseller. We do not require long-term service contracts as a condition of technology purchases.

You may use our Site and Services for lawful business purposes only. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when requesting quotes or contacting us.
• Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site or systems.
• Not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit service to any person or business at our discretion.

Quotes provided by BlueLine Integrator are estimates based on information available at the time of request. Pricing, availability, product specifications, and vendor terms are subject to change without notice and may be influenced by factors outside our control, including manufacturer pricing, distribution access, and currency or supply chain conditions.

A quote does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of price or availability until an order is confirmed and accepted by both you and the relevant vendor or distributor. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and decline orders based on inaccurate or outdated information.

We help source and compare technology options, but final purchasing decisions (including suitability of a product for your specific environment) are your responsibility.

Product descriptions, brand names, and vendor categories referenced on our Site are provided for informational purposes to illustrate the types of technology we help businesses source. Vendor availability, product specifications, and sourcing options may vary based on distribution access, manufacturer requirements, and customer needs.

We do not manufacture the products we help source. All products are subject to the terms, warranties, and support policies of their respective manufacturers and vendors. We are not responsible for product defects, manufacturer discontinuations, or changes to vendor programs.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on our Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party brand does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

If you upload files to our Site (such as existing quotes, bills of materials, renewal notices, or product lists), you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Please do not upload files containing sensitive personal data (such as Social Security numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) unless necessary for your request.

We may review uploaded files solely for the purpose of responding to your request. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to use, view, and share your uploaded files as necessary to fulfill your procurement request.

Use of our Services does not create a managed services, IT support, or consulting relationship unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement. BlueLine Integrator provides technology procurement and sourcing support on a transactional or project basis.

We are not responsible for the ongoing management, monitoring, or support of technology you purchase through us, unless a separate services agreement is in place. We encourage you to work with a qualified IT provider, MSP, or internal team for installation, configuration, and ongoing support.

Our Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueLine Security Integrator LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any quote, product recommendation, or procurement outcome will meet your specific business requirements. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the respective manufacturers or vendors and are governed by their own terms.

You acknowledge that technology purchasing decisions involve inherent risks, and you are responsible for evaluating whether a product or solution is appropriate for your environment before purchasing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueLine Security Integrator LLC, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of our Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to BlueLine Integrator for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueLine Security Integrator LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The content of our Site (including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software) is the property of BlueLine Security Integrator LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Site content without our prior written consent.
